At CopierMax (www.copiermax.com), we are committed to delivering high-quality, barely used business-grade copiers and printers to meet your business needs efficiently and affordably. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our process for order handling, shipping, delivery, and returns, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST may begin processing the following business day.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and an estimated shipping date once your payment is verified.
- Customization or Special Requests: If your order includes custom configurations (e.g., specific speeds or features), additional processing time may be required. We will notify you of any delays exceeding 3 business days.

2. Shipping
- Shipping Methods: We ship via trusted specialized carriers such as CRST or MOE which specialize in delivery services for delicate/specialized equipment, depending on the item’s size and destination.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated with a flat-rate shipping charge of $425 within the contiguous United States—Larger production machines can range from $500 – $1,100 for professional air-ride delivery charges.
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
- International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please contact us at support@copiermax.com if you are outside the U.S. and interested in our products.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
3. Delivery
- Delivery Process: All copiers/printers are professionally delivered inside your office. For larger units, freight delivery will require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available to accept the shipment.
- Inspection: We recommend inspecting your item upon delivery for any visible damage before signing. If damage is noted, contact us within 48 hours (see Section 5).
- Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume. We’ll keep you updated if delays exceed 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery date.
4. Product Guarantee (Warranty as Fulfillment)
- Quality Assurance: Every copier/printer sold by Copier Max is thoroughly tested to ensure it meets business-grade standards (e.g., 25 to 120 pages/minute output, high-quality imaging. We guarantee your equipment will arrive in perfect working condition.
- Coverage Period: Our fulfillment guarantee acts as a 60-day limited warranty, and a 5-year major component warranty from the date of delivery. If your copier/printer fails to perform as advertised due to a defect (not user damage), we’ll repair or replace the unit—see Section 5 for details.
- Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs. Consumables (e.g., toner, paper) are not included.
- Production Printer Exclusion: Production printers over 70 pages per minute are not included in the above warranty and are subject to separate warranty terms available upon request.
- Network Installation Exclusion: Network installation services are not included under this warranty unless explicitly specified on the customer’s invoice.
5. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
- Return Eligibility: If your copier/printer arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, Copier Max technicians will promptly repair the issue. Contact us at support@copiermax.com to report issues and initiate the process.
- Replacements: If a defect is verified, we’ll ship a replacement at no additional cost, subject to availability. If no replacement is available, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.
